About

One person, and the systems he builds

The Pipeline House is Francis Talandrata. I build the plumbing that connects a company's lead sources to its CRM, automates the follow-up in between, and reports honestly on whether any of it made money.

I work with moving companies and home-services businesses, and increasingly with contact-centre operations. I am based in the Philippines and work with clients across the US, Australia and the UK.

How the work gets delivered

Connectors, retries and run logs come from self-hosted n8n, so there is no per-task billing and your data stays on infrastructure you own. Anything with real state, branching or volume gets written as code, version-controlled and tested. Most engagements are a mixture: n8n handles the triggers and the integrations, my own service handles the part that is genuinely hard.

You get the canvas either way. If we stop working together, nothing goes with me.

What I will tell you not to buy

Automating a broken process only makes it break faster, and every automation is something somebody has to maintain. I would rather build six things you can hand over than thirty you cannot. If the honest answer is that your problem is a process rather than a piece of software, I will say so on the first call.
