The problem
The company bought leads from four places and reported on all of them the same way: how many came in, and what each one cost. Nobody could say what happened after the lead arrived.
What was built
UTM parameters that persist across sessions and survive into the CRM, a call-tracking number per source, form capture on the site, and a nightly write-back that attaches booked revenue to the originating source.
The result
One vendor was supplying roughly 40% of total lead volume and about 6% of booked revenue. The spend moved. This is a demonstration build on realistic sample data.
